Welcome to Insist on Fit! I'm Fran and I'm here to partner with you to help you achieve your goals. 

My journey to health and wellness is a work in progress and that's one of the fundamental beliefs of Insist on Fit. We work on progress not perfection. We work with our clients to create a realistic plan to achieve their goals.

Here's the Plan....

A full biomechanical functional assessment - so basically, I watch the way your body moves: where are the strengths and/or limitations.

The assessment gives me detailed information about how your body is functioning.

I use the assessment to create corrective protocols and a detailed exercise plan.

Clients are taught their workout plans and then implement them.

Follow up assessments are scheduled to evaluate progress and reassess.
