Small Group Fitness

Join a weekly class that combines fun and fitness into functional workouts in a small group setting.

A complete assessment is used to create a specialized fitness plan including strength training, mobility, and flexibility to help you achieve and exceed your health goals. Various packages available.

Stretch and Strengthen

A variety of movements including mobility, stretching and strengthening are joined together to create a relaxing and restorative class.
