A complete assessment is used to create a specialized fitness plan including strength training, mobility, and flexibility to help you achieve and exceed your health goals. Various packages available.
Stretch and Strengthen
A variety of movements including mobility, stretching and strengthening are joined together to create a relaxing and restorative class.
1 x week - 45 minute class
Flexibility & Mobility for Golfers
Want a better golf game? Improve your mobility, flexibility and strength with a customized golf training program. A functional assessment will be used to build you an effective program.
