Fran takes great care when creating custom workouts for her clients. I really like that she factors in where I am at physically and makes adjustments when needed. She listens and asks clarifying questions, which I really appreciate in a trainer.
I was the big 4-0, excessively overweight and not pleased with my health and where I was with regards to nutrition, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle prior to meeting Fran.
As an overweight woman, there is always a fear of not being able to do certain exercises and the embarrassment that comes with it. None of that matters to Fran as long as you try and don’t give up. She takes her time to understand your focus, goals, experience levels and makes you believe that there is hope.
Fran is a knowledgeable and supportive trainer. Her workouts are varied and interesting, and she does a great job of making each session fit my fitness level and goals. I'd highly recommend her to anyone (beginner or experienced) looking to become stronger and more active.
