Using the *6 Pillars to Jumpstart Your Day, we'll address movement, mindset, stress, body acceptance, self worth and affirmations. You’ll learn strategies and tools to create an effective daily practice with plenty of time to complete your template with the guidance of the facilitators. You will walk away with your perfect daily routine. We’ll end the session with Q & A.
